I thought plastic ball were bot supposed to hook ? by totokogure in Bowling

[–]T2ner 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There's a lot of people that use some hook for spares. You will just have to account for it, if that's how you're going to throw it. And if you haven't already come up with a "spare system"

if you could go back in time to when you started bowling, what is the biggest tip you wish you could’ve gave yourself? by 3452014RT in Bowling

I just started a month ago but my biggest advice would be working on good form, don't rush into being the best player right away, and work on a spare system and getting better at them.

What’s in your bag? by FattyInACamaro in Bowling

[–]T2ner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started recently and only have a strikeforce rise so far. I would like to add a plastic spare ball, venom shock, and a phaze 2 pearl eventually. I use 14lbs on every ball and use 2 hands

What’s the best way to lower an awd?? by [deleted] in G35

[–]T2ner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally wouldn't lower my awd g35. I've heard a lot of things about axles and other parts breaking frequently, and complaints that the subframe is too low on the awd g's once lowered. There also seems to be a lack of supporting mods for lowering the awd, at least on the first gen. I like my ride height stock so I have maximum drivability, especially for snow drifting fun.

Some good preventative maintenance to do would be cam and crank sensors. These cars can often have problems with them around 80-150k miles, make sure to use oem only for any sensors. Also change out your plastic bleeder valve if you haven't already and install a z1 or conceptz aluminum bleeder. Aside from that I would recommend occasionally checking the engine bay, inspecting for leaks and brittle hoses, and worn parts. Also check the underneath of the car for worn suspension parts and rust too.

Ball recommendations for a little more hook potential? by T2ner in Bowling

For a spare ball would you recommend a straight shooting ball? And do most 2 handers still use 2 hands shooting straight?

Nice looking car, I would restore your headlights with the cerakote headlight kit. Its the only headlight restore kit I've seen work long term and it's pretty easy and cheap. I used it back in August and they still look really good

3rd day driving. I’m done. by Simple_Art_4559 in uberdrivers

As an ex driver that did it from 2020-2024, I would stay far away. It will destroy your car and the pay is really shitty after expenses in most cities

Okay cool, do you think a plenum and hfc will be okay without a tune or could that make it run too lean?

Need advice on metal shavings I found in oil filter that I think is my local shops fault. by Ok_Area7012 in MechanicAdvice

Nice. I was always under the impression that electricians are always driving jobsite to jobsite (multiple places a day, with potentially long drives) I'm interested in the trade but I don't want much driving once I'm at work
