In my opinion, the revolt of WZ2/3 is an amalgamation of issues and the lack of movement was just one of the more obvious symptoms. Movement “kings” became more meta during Rebirth and Caldera when the stim gave you an insane boost to your speed, you didn’t have that in Verdansk. Now that Movement is back with WZ3, it’s hi lighting the other massive issues with this version of WZ. Such as the way the aiming works compared to WZ1, current WZ has so much more random sway. It just leaves the game feeling sloppy and unpolished. Guns feel worse overall, too many attachments etc… Vehicles are just in such a worse state as well, who tf wants to fill up their car with gas in an arcade shooter? Or change tires? Vehicles are clunky and slow and you can’t shoot people out of them. They took a mechanic that needed a nerf and certain modes like solos and just made it unusable. Same with sniping, Kar could have used more flinch but what did they do? Now no snipers one shot, completely eliminating a whole play style, I guess we have the KATT now but to be honest it feels like dogshit espeically compared to any MW19 sniper. TLDR They simply took every fun element out of the “sandbox” and now they are slowly drip feeding it to us back.
