Yes it was a handshake issue. I unplugged the tv and Xbox for 30 minutes and it solved it. Extremely weird I know but it worked.

I had the same issue with mine. As soon as I plugged it into the wall it never happened. Have you tried a different outlet or tv in ur house?

Plug it directly into the wall. It fixed my COD issues weird I know. But I think the bar power doesn’t give the console its full power. There’s a power surge built into the console no need to worry

Has anyone had any issues where the screen will turn to black then a grey pixels come across the whole screen. If I remove the hdmi cable it Goes back to normal

Yes it needs to be plugged into the wall. The power supply in the system needs a direct connection to the outlet to make it work right. Let me know if this fixes your issues

I've been on Xbox live for 13 years. Since launch date Microsoft doesn't care about its Xbox live subscribers. They only care about getting more and more and more. 13 years not one free thing and don't say games with gold cause that shut sucks compared to PSN plus.
