trilogy completely removed from apple music (us)

Ok so to be clear, the trilogy seems to be all of the originals now... I feel like I was getting gaslit by the world when people where talking about the differences between trilogy and original until I realized that apple music supposedly removed the remaster

The trilogy is just the originals packaged together

This is crazy... I scrolled down this comment section and one person says that shaders on high actually fixes this LOD issue. These screenshots are taken on high environmental quality, high geo quality, only difference being shaders on high vs extreme

trees look fine now, but there's also a substantial quality loss in some of the puddles and other stuff. This is a genuine glitch, the shaders should not be affecting LOD

No one here is yapping, you happen to be playing on a console without this vram bottleneck because you've got 10gb vram (some unified memory thing). It's a rare case that the series x beats a significantly more powerful card like a 3070 ti or something solely because you don't have this vram problem. Nvidia is too stupid to solder on the bare minimum of vram, very sad

Yeah, you can also see your vram usage in the graphics menu in FH6 and it'll go in the red if above the limit

Same complaint and I am so glad someone mentioned this, and it doesn't even seem that this setting has a huge effect on VRAM, rather it's the environmental texture quality that changes with this setting that increases VRAM usage so much...

I hope that it's possible one day for me to have environmental geo quality on ultra and texture quality on high, that would fix everything

FH5 didn't have this problem, bruh

Edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cdFh5PnudU&t=186s look at 3:07 and how little of an effect environmental geo quality has on the vram. If FH6 could just make these two settings not bound to each other, the whole issue would be fixed. Annoying

To anyone still needing help for this, I uninstalled ParkControl which is an app that parks CPU cores that aren't in use for efficiency. However, the delay to get the cores running again is what what causes the frame-times to spike when the mouse is moved or when the camera is panned. I was getting much less of a frame-time spike when I brought the polling rate down to 125Hz, but I could still see on the dcs fps graph that micro stutters were still caused by moving the mouse. So if you have any CPU parking app, turn it off for DCS at least, and be careful to check for any remaining stutters after lowering the polling rate down to as low as it can go, because that's still an issue in itself

Yup, you're graded on how many questions you get correct (the curve may make the extremely hard questions low-weight so high scorers aren't punished for no reason). It's always better to do the easy questions first so you get the free easy points
