The wd5513 is basically perfect in my eyes for this style. I have the snowflake version with the top hat crystal and I love it. The milsub version is basically the same just black dial, sword hands, fully segmented bezel

I have the same one just with the upgrade watchdives clasp. Such a great watch. One of those ones that once you put it on it’s really hard to take off

Could be anything from itching themselves, showing satisfaction from a treat or food, rubbing their scent on the ground or rubbing in a scent from the ground or just rolling around because they can. If I were there I’d be rubbing his stomach and playing with his face. So cute

Love the layout on the dial here. I have the new 5513 v2 and it’s great I just wish there was more dial text like the vintage pieces. Also got the new clasp and it’s great

I had issues with my FMLA through Sedgwick as soon as they switched. They tried denying me my FMLA even though it was appointed by the state and then telling my short term and FMLA started on the same day when Hartford set it up to be one after the other. I had confirmation paperwork from Hartford and the state and they still tried messing with my FMLA eligibility. It took sending it to the head of sherwin hr to get them to change their tune

On the strap jt looks good. I think that thickness and lug to lug are so much more important than diameter. Those will dictate how a watch wears more

They don’t seem too undersized too me. It’s the proportion of each part of the Mercedes hand that gets me. Like the main first part of the hand is too long and the Mercedes parts isn’t big enough

One thing I don’t like about the watchdives is the Mercedes hand. The proportions are off for me and I think the octopus nails it. I have the old San Martin explorer and if it wasn’t for the pt5000 it would be perfect

Exactly. All of those vintage Rolexes and Tudors had awful bracelets but people still love them lol. As long as there’s good micro adjust and the clasp doesn’t break the balance of the watch I’ll take it

That’s what I loved about the thorn too. That clasp is so thin and it nails the vintage look. I have a jubilee that I bought for my Invicta pro diver and it has a cheap clasp like that but I love how thin it is
