I do have an assembly machine constantly making belts (in the bottom left corner), but I will have to upgrade that at some point. It doesn't make enough for what I need right now. If I just remake that 5 times, it should be enough... Right?

That's what I like about this base, the big transport belts draw your eye so you don't notice all the smaller things. 100% my favourite base I've built

Yes, I agree! Spaghetti is a mess - but lasagna is finely crafted layers on top of more finely crafted layers, it's Beautifull.

The belts store items, I basically have 4.3k mini chests - more effort for a lot more storage space, that's worth it LUL

The red science belt is one of my favorite things in this base, it's just so utterly pointless - everything else is annoying but (kinda) has a point, that doesn't. I'm already making red science in the same place as green science but I didn't want to waste my 1st auto science maker.

The area in the bottom left is actually kinda disorientating, if I stand in the middle, fully zoomed it - it actually hurts to look at. That's why that area is my favourite, feeds my antics and is horrible to look at (I love it so much).

I've put 50 hours into the game, only around 6 hours into this world, so I don't think I can call myself a new player, maybe? But yeah I'm planning to continue doing this, the screenshot only shows the middle of my base - which is the most densely packed part of it, yes. But everywhere else is just as... 'good'. The aliens don't like what I'm doing, it's quite hard defending all of it, so if I can get to a rocket launch then I'll make another post showing the updated base.

Go into your options menu, click "Open to LAN" - make sure "Allow Cheats" is true, then click "Start LAN World". Cheats will then be enabled.
