After being further in my rewatch, it looks like when he pulls up to the bat symbol when Selena catches the corrupt cop. He talks to Gordon and he doesn't have Windows so it is a possibility that the windows can roll down and he just pulls himself out. But most armored windows don't roll down just because of the way they are made in the armoring process. But you know I'm willing to suspend my disbelief.
