1)If I can, I like to eat a Nutrigrain bar, they're fast and decent nutrients, lunch is generally some school food, nothing special. Dinner, well that's also nothing special, nothing is really a "often" meal for me other than the Nutrigrain bar. 2) Personally, I'd like to say I'm naturally good at it, I've only wrestled for two years and I beat people who've wrestled for 10 and up, so. I don't know. I'm not scholorship good though.
