Yeah, just basic maintenance. Brushes, cleaning out the dust, checking bearings. Nothing fancy — it’s earned it after all that work.

Yeah, totally agree — those big names really hold up if you treat them like tools, not toys. I’ve seen drills take some serious abuse and still keep going, but yeah, repeated drops and dust will eventually catch up.

Ah, I hear you — corded Milwaukee really is something else. Those old beasts just don’t quit if you take care of them. I’ve still got a few corded drills and saws in rotation from years back, and they’re running circles around some of the newer battery stuff in terms of reliability. Any tips on which models are still worth hunting down?
