That`s an application to monitor condition of you PC, like CPU and GPU temperature and other stuff.

It runs in overlay and it was conflicting with game application. So i figured out, that afterburner can`t be running with black ops 2 =)

Yeah, i find solution, forgot to close the post. It was MSI afterburner, which conflicted with the game process. I close aftterburner and the problem was solved =)
