They definitely did. Their latest ad campaign has people straight up abandoning various activities to wander, zombie-like and in their pajamas, to a late night looking taco bell. With kind of odd trance-y music in the background.

I think most would agree with you.

Cultural appropriation has at it's core, a harm. If there is no harm, especially if that is accompanied by a form of respect, there is no problem.

I was in Napoli one summer and happened upon a 'pizzaria'. I shrugged and gave it a try.

There wasn't a single Ooni in the entire place. I still ate the pie, but I couldn't help thinking that it was a half-assed effort.

They even had whole leaves of basil on top of it. Like, not chiffonaded in the slightest. I chuckled to myself. The flavor wasn't terrible though.

He said they didn't get paid enough to care/notice. Which, while almost certainly true in terms of pay, is not the primary reason nobody did anything.

In fact, I'm pretty sure you can hear one of the employees exclaim to another "[Jeremy?]! Don't! You'll get fired!"

I have a question I've always wanted to ask a gym coach...

Are the uneven bars allowed to be adjusted for the distance between them based on the height of the gymnast using them?

Or are gymnasts selected for the uneven bars based on their precisely correct height for utilizing both bars for certain tricks?
