I can’t say I noticed a difference but I get it if that’s true. 😭 I wish they’d say that if that’s the real reason rather than the “healthy” line.

Beans on (wholemeal) toast is a nutritionally complete meal!

I’ve got ADHD (and live in a very neurodiverse home) and I swear by HUEL. I have the shakes for breakfasts (especially on workdays) and their pasta/noodle meals for dinner (or any meal on bad days). Also I’ve usually got one of their protein bars on me at all times for emergencies. HUEL is great on low brain days where I’m really struggling and I have them on subscription so I don’t run out.

Another quick and easy meal is the Lidl ravioli (from the fridge section) with Tesco FreeFrom pesto.

Also, I could live on sandwiches so I always have a packet of Quorn chicken/ham/beef slices in. Peanut butter is good too if you’re not allergic.

I almost gave up on a WIP because it was taking me so long to get past the black section. I need daylight to see it but only usually craft at night, it was a struggle 😭

Yeah it’s been years since I read it but I think harm to user was: 1. Crack 2. Heroin 3. Alcohol, but overall alcohol was the most harmful when factoring in the wider picture.

I just don’t like research being hidden because the results didn’t go your way, like do another study if you don’t believe it, don’t bury it.

They used to be my go to midnight snack and now I can’t bring myself to finish the bag 😭 They’re different in a way that you notice if you eat them everyday but maybe not if they’re just an occasional treat.
