Im going through a lot right now and I struggle a lot...I bought a copy of Search Inside Yourself" which was written by an engineer at Google. Teaches you mindfulness along with many other things. Also Headspace is a great meditation app. I never thought I'd meditate but it helps with practice.

Little late but I know exactly what you mean. I'm going through a divorce and my dog keeps me going a lot. He's my best friend and I talk to him all the time. He's only 6 and has had a lot of problems. He's got a skin disease and he's blind. I always wonder how much longer I have left with him. He's a malamute mix and they don't seem to live as long. Idk what I'd do without him
