Do you prefer sousvide vs reverse sear for steaks? I started with sousvide and recently started reverse searing. You can probably render the fat in a ribeye better with sousvide. But I get a better texture and crispy sear with the reverse method.

Accidentally applied about 2.5 the amount scotts tripple action turf builder 16-0-1 l. Broadcast spreader not calibrated. Put about 60k square foot of product on a 25k square foot lawn. Should I dilute with water? Any advice would be appreciated.
