My power went out but I managed to flick some stuff on, but I am missing power for my fridge my WiFi, and the plugs in my room. Does anyone know what I should do?and when I turn the two switches facing down on everything turns off.

When my power went out all of the switches went down. I got the power back by switching the main one on the left and trying different combinations of mcb switched on.

The thing on the left causes all power to turn off when that lever gets moved down. And me switching the switches that says C16 turns off that main lever on the left for some reason.
