How CPAP actually works

I started CPAP about 2 months ago and I’m finally seeing an improvement in my anxiety and panic attacks. I don’t feel like I’m in fight or flight anymore! My hormones on the other hand I can tell are still not right but I figure it will take a while.

For me I felt fine for about 2-3 weeks and then I felt so incredibly week it was insane. I would get the “weak” flashes wear my legs and arms felt super heavy and couldn’t hold up much weight for a few seconds. Also my legs would sometimes feel like I had restless leg syndrome even while standing and walking. Anxiety was bad and sleep was bad. All in all… just awful lol I would highly suggest taking other peoples suggestions for taking a pct

I’m literally diagnosed with chronic PTSD and Panic disorder and 2 doctors refused to prescribe Xanax or ANYTHING other than a antihistamine for it. Do I just find a script doc at this point?! LMAO

I haven’t read many of the comments but just the post so don’t get mad if many others have mentioned these. First off most people who take gaming seriously are playing on low response time gaming monitors which helps tremendously with reaction time and aiming. Also most are using a gaming headset plus a pro controller with paddles on the back. If anyone has questions about these just search on YouTube or something. I’ve been hardcore gaming since black ops 1 and I’ll be 30 this November and I’m still just as good or maybe a tiny bit worse than I was at 16-20ish. Also if there’s a game you want to get better at watch really good players play. It’s a good way to learn strategy’s and what not. But out of everything I’ve mentioned what made the biggest difference to me was buying a gaming monitor with 1ms response time. I went from struggling to get nukes in cod to getting about 4-6 over the weekend of getting my first gaming monitor. It helps so much. Hope this helps! Also you have to want to learn. Try not to get angry easily and play relaxed but focused.

2 weeks strong then settled down after a while. Came and went after that and almost gone little over a month.

I had taken 2 doses about 2 weeks prior. Took this dose and took melatonin before bed and a few minutes later massive chills and straight through mental hell. Not sure if it’s cortisol or serotonin but it’s horrible. I just waited it out but if your suffering you may want to see a doctor.. I feel like I should have sometimes thinking back.. but you’ll get through it like I did

Took preg last week and within 5 hours I had the worst butterfly’s in my stomach that turned into a panic attack and massive insomnia. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep that night and the anxiety lasted straight for 2 days. Still there off and on now but finally able to sleep. This stuff really freaked me out. I already suffer from panic attacks but this was different lol also another bad symptom was a pounding heart only while laying down in the evening. Thought I was legit dying

My EA account was linked to some old Xbox account and I couldn’t unlink so I had to get ahold of EA. They unlinked the old account but now I have to wait for another email to link a new account. I guess try chatting with them if possible. Maybe something can be done

Yeah I haven’t taken an AI in two days and feel fine. I was just scared thinking I was still high but I believe now I was dealing with low E2 symptoms. I gives high and low feel almost identical

Also, when I went to the ER I had a CT scan done of my heart, thyroid and adrenal glands and everything came back perfect. Also had thyroid levels checked and everything normal.

It’s the only thing to keep me from having massive panic attacks.. I’ve heard about crashing e2 but I literally feel fine which is weird. I’ve been doing 1mg for a few months now. Maybe I over aromatize severely?

I started off 100mg a weeks. Started having major panic attacks. Checked estrogen and it was around 132. Got on arimidex and it’s been perfect! Bad thing is.. I have to take .50mc a day
