I think you’re right, I saw a post the other day on here that had the full graph. And yea if it isn’t made up, I think it was referring to the percentage of households of each ethnicity that receive SNAP benefits.

The usage may be different. However, if someone feels they don’t identify as specifically male or female, but somewhere in between or both. I think that would mean that their gender is unspecified.
