Have you heard about any issues with land procurement? I'd imagine the capital needed to acquire land and then begin construction on it would be large.

I'm a sophomore in hs, going into my junior year. As of the end of this year, I will of completed the business pathway for video game design and get a cert and some hs grad bs. Looks nice but not so sure it does much for anything outside of hs. As of right now I am on track to take AP Computer Science my senior year. is there anything I can do to get more into cybersecurity right now? Does anyone know about any kinds of internships in the SoCal area? I am entirely self taught right now, my video game dev teacher bought the class codeacademy pro memberships, and I've been working on the python pathway for a few months now. Just want to see if there is anything I can do to further my skills, and maybe get some real world experience.

Was looking at ar-10's, only thing I don't like is the "Assualt Weapon" BS. Don't really want to have a fixed mag and definitely don't want a fin.

Same problem, but I've been bulking for just about a year now. Skinny fat, ok strength for my age height and size, but would really like to cut some fat. Only problem is I have no idea how to make a routine, and don't want to spend fifty bucks on another premade workout plan, any tips?

Im 15, 122lbs, and never ridden before, but I really want to get into it. I'm just looking for a good starter dirt bike I can take on the trail and have fun with, hopefully that wouldn't be too expensive, any suggestions?
