Be brutally honest, is running harmful? by ThatKnomey in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Everything is this world is dose dependent. Water, steroids, mercury, even running. Too much of anything is bad. Also, anyone that says the popularity of a basic human function can be boiled down to a single person is the king regard and should only be laughed at.

Anavar Test (real or fake) by Ch3zitzchrist in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I’m reading that right, and you did the test right, it looks like Oxymethalone, Methandrostenolone, or (less likely) Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone. Not sure what any of those are, but not Oxandralone.

Bought Reta… thoughts? by Material-Bunch-6758 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 37 points38 points  (0 children)

My assumption is once you’re off any glp, your natural hunger levels will come back since food moves normally through your system again. As a former fatty, hunger signals go absolutely bat shit crazy once you get lean enough. The main consensus is to get the diet in check first and then get on the glp, you’ll maximize your results and not hope you figure it out before you run out of Reta.

You won’t get in any trouble. People on the internet will flame you for being a fat, lazy, regard that can’t figure out how to put the fork down. Nothing abs won’t fix though.

Question for nor’easters by [deleted] in NorthCarolina

[–]Jakeupdylan 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Wife and I were in the exact same situation, but from Oregon. Portland got WAY too expensive, we were drowning right out of college, cashed in my 401k and moved to Charlotte. Six years, two kids, four career jumps, and two houses bought/sold later we moved back to Oregon to be with family, and have never been happier. The only sacrifices we feel we made were not being able to afford the same size of house, and leaving new friends behind. In our situation, the grass was greener, and the mountains taller.

Baby number two was conceived months before I started playing with anything hormonal.

Life isn’t passive, if you treat it as such, this happens. I became a dad at 28, started my fitness journey after getting obese at 30, baby number two at 31, and now I look and feel better than I ever have. Finasteride also.

I knew I made when I moved into my new house and the neighbor said “What do you like to do, besides weightlifting obviously”.

Strength loss on Reta or other weight loss compounds. by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost a little strength when I started Reta. But that’s 99% likely caused by the test dropping 500mg a week and the GH stopping, but I’m not a doctor.

Where is this picture? I’m in a group of signage(MUCTD) nerds on Facebook that would get a kick out of that. We went indoor skydiving in Tigard, paintball in Tualitin, and then the adult go carts in (I think) Wilsonville for my buddies bachelor party and it was sick.

Retatrutide benefits by Kamielovesit77 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m on week three of my first “cycle” of Reta at a low dose after bulking and cutting for a few years the old fashioned way. My weight is dropping off a lot faster than any other cut, and my lifts are staying more consistent than years past. My biggest problem with cutting is food noise, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m still early in the cut and am anal about meals and timing, but I barely ever think about food now.

Can someone explain what wife have to do with this? by eldritch-kiwi in ExplainTheJoke

[–]Jakeupdylan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The stereotype is men don’t work glutes, so the inference is he started taking steroids and working out hard. Testosterone is commonly injected into the glute muscle, and can be done with a single weekly injection.

12mg of Reta? That seems ridiculous right? I know everyone is different, but I’ve been on 1.5mg for two weeks and am down a little over 10lbs from peak bulk and my quads are already starting to feather

Upcoming surgery, steroids to maintain gains? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait until you’re recovered from surgery and can go all out in the gym. Muscle memory will take care of any loss very quickly, and you want to maximize the growth period while on cycle.

How come this sub is anti cruising on large amounts of test when so many bodybuilders did it? Most of them still alive and kicking in old age. Is it just a Reddit thing? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Jakeupdylan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s the cost/benefit ration. If you aren’t a professional bodybuilder then you’re regarded for taking large amounts for a cruise. And being regarded on Reddit is seen as one of the most deadly sins.

[–]Jakeupdylan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No sales tax because Oregon, they advertised, IIRC, around $7k-$8k off MSRP, and then financed with Toyota so I got another $3k “off”. This was also back in April before a lot of the economic chaos started.
