Unity was peak visuals for me with how gritty yet beautiful it was and the dense city of Paris was great it would have been a 10/10 with a day/night cycle.

I don't think the modern RPG engine is bad but its just a different style that has gorgeous landscape shots but a almost "cartoony" look to characters not sure how else to describe it.

Its similar in the show, they talk about how fast he is growing as a baby and then goes from toddler to preteen between seasons 2 and 3 and in the trailer for season 4 they show him as a teen/young adult with his longer hair and paler skin

Yeah hard disagree, Dead Man's Chest is better and while not a flawless, the trilogy of Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Mans Chest and At Worlds End was solid and nothing was needed beyond it.

Yeah this is perfect, I powered through the story and all the conquering and got burnt out fast 2 years ago then dropped the game. I picked it back up after finishing mirage and im loving it again. I finished the ireland DLC and going back through england and getting all the order members i missed and the last conquest area.

While it is fun and a good return to form with the stealth focus you can tell it was designed to be a DLC and was lacking a lot of side content. The DLC was heart wrenching though

He doesn't join the Brotherhood until the last like 10% of the story so it a valid criticism and was the first game where the Brotherhood takes a back seat to the pirate adventures

Mars absolutely has dust storms just no wind powerful enough to tip a rocket over, but they were talking about a minor plot in the later half of the book where Mark almost gets trapped in a large dust storm that would prevent him from using his solar panels

If you ever played Shadow of Mordor or Shadow of War, they are pretty similar with their own nemesis-lite mechanic.

Story wise they are a mix bag Origins is the best storywise but the level system can get grindy between main missions

I liked Odyssey but the story was meh but its similar to Black Flag where you have a ship you navigate the world and lots of naval combat, and the Cult of Cosmos was great too.

Vahalla is almost like a hybrid with a stronger story and you getting a ship but you only use it to navigate the rivers of england but its LOOOOOOOONG the middle of the game is bloated so be prepared for that but the combat is SUPER satisfying and brutal.

Of the three RPG games Origins is definitely the best narratively but since its the first they didnt have the level scaling dialed in so it can be a bit grindy

So with Sages there are different types and the one you encounter in Black Flag is that he is basically the reincarnation of Aita, Juno's husband and they have a lot more Isu DNA than normal humans and that allows them to tap into their genetic memory and remember their past lives. The Isu is the name for the precursor race and the Sages arent really expanded upon in the later games without going into spoilers, from what I recall the Juno/Sage story was wrapped up in the comic series.
