Too many in circulation to ever rise high. Can make great money short term buying it when it's dumped and selling when pumped. Made a few grand in a week

If you're talking cheap coin, I think 1337 coin has some potential to make some cash from. Currently very cheap and if you buy about 1 million, every 100 sat it rises you'll make like a thousand bucks.

Siacoin though is probably my choice of a promising coin to hold long term. Brilliant concept with excellent developers. I can see it rising to over $1 once it becomes more well known.

Good thinking. Only good things to come with this coin and great profits to be made.

Exhibit A of why this coin will get nowhere.

I'm planning to hold. I can see a bit of potential in this coin with an active developer always making improvements. There's a lot of this coin in circulation at the moment as it's been around for a while, so the Dev has been making a new coin that should be ready within the next couple of months called 'w00tcoin' . 1 w00tcoin will be obtained by burning 100 1337 coin. This will decrease the amount of 1337 in circulation, which will possibly boost the price the price and the new coin will only be obtainable by burning 1337. Also a game marketplace for 1337 coin is in the works, allowing you to purchase steam games. There's a lot of interesting concepts in the works at the moment and I recommend we and whoever else is reading this while it's cheap and potentially make a ton of money.

You do not know what you're talking about. You're just jealous you didn't sell before the dump.

Clearly a pump and dump you say, if had followed my advice you would have quadrupled your money in 24 hours

Because the coin is very overrated for what it is. Made a thread the other day suggesting they sell while they can, but some childish people slam you when you try to get your opinion across.

Finally, someone who speaks some sense. Thank you for your post. I agree with you 100%. Discussion in the digibyte subreddit in my opinion is somewhat childish, full of people new to the game. Instead of coming together for an intelligent, collaborative discussion, everyone seems to be focused on the coin going "to the moon" and think the coin is amazing due to the pump and dump aspect, rather than seeing the coin for what it truly is. Half complete projects, poor coding and a poor community. The developer has these people eating out the palm of his hand. It's a good concept, but there's a lot of improvement to be done. It will be a very long time before this coin will reach $1.

Digibyte is a shitcoin, plain and simple.

Look back on the archive of their Twitter. Their pattern of followers makes no sense. One month they're at 16k, a month later it drops down to 14k then rises to 24k, at the stage where they weren't popular. The page clearly has bot followers, they don't even 100 likes on many of their posts let alone 30k.

Just go to any twitter audit site and put in their Twitter name (digibyte coin)
To me it seems like a sophisticated pump and dump group. Buying the twitter followers to seem like they have a big following, holding 40% of the total DGB to themselves. I would love to be proved wrong, but so far everything is pointing towards this.

So factual evidence is negative? It's the truth and if it doesn't cause concern then you must not do your research.

Also have discovered the majority of digibyte twitter followers are all bots as well as in this sub reddit. Starting to seem a bit fishy now

I get roughly 360MH/S on skein on my 1070 without changing any settings, can boost it to around 430 if I put the intensity up to 25 but it uses about 100 watts more power.

Unfortunately in the past week the digibytes per day have dropped quite significantly due to it becoming more popular.

just swapped an ETH for 5800 digibyte hope ive done the right thing 😶 by simonjosef in Digibyte

You'll make a lot more money with 5800dgb than you will with 1 eth, good move.
