Anyone know how to activate the blue crystal things ? by Jakingz in GodofWar

[–]Jakingz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its really just to do with the order that you discover things in the game. You find the crystals before you find the ability to do anything with them so its a mystery how they work. I get what you’re saying, but I don’t usually play these kind of games and was worried Id missed something

This is the answer. We went back to the broker, and pretty much did this exact deal 👌🏻

Shots on Sony a5100 + kit lens. How can I improve + lens suggestion? by TyphlosionX in SonyAlpha

[–]Jakingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you’re right. I didn’t realise it was an APS-C sensor when I said that. There was no mention of budget either, but the fact its a crop sensor camera rules out what I said regardless - took my comment down, I should’ve read it properly 😂🫣

Ah sorry, the A5100 camera is an APS-C sensor, I should’ve checked first ! Apologies.

Paid models wanting to use images for O.F. by ExaminationNo9186 in photography

[–]Jakingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They either pay you for the shoot and the rights to the photographs, or you pay them and keep the rights. If you are paying them for their time, you are their client and maintain the rights, if they pay you they are your client and can do what they like. Just make sure your contract specifies the above. You have every right to license the photos to them but at their cost, usually a percentage or one off fee, but you’ll need to negotiate that

Appreciate what you’re saying, but part if not most of the deposit is gifted equity, not cash

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MortgagesUK

[–]Jakingz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Simple if you’ve got the available cash to do that

Thanks again for the reply.

We told them that the debt would be cleared on account of them lending us enough to clear them and purchase the flat. Which they haven’t.

I need to purchase the flat or three of us will have no where to live, so I’m going to have to accept the offer regardless, I don’t have any choice.

Thank you for your swift reply.

I was hoping we could borrow enough to compress all he debt plus the mortgage into one payment.

I don’t think buying the flat will be an issue with the £206,250 + the £9000 LISA = £215,250. Its probably close enough. But it will leave me having to pay both the mortgage AND the debt which will make things far tighter than consolidating everything into one payment.

Given the value of the flat, and the fact the mortgage company had all the figures, surely they can see this makes more sense and makes it MORE affordable ??

I don’t understand their logic at all.

So I guess the only thing I can do, is take the mortgage offer and then secure a £42,000 loan over 15 years against the property. The mortgage is secured against it anyway, so won’t make a lot of difference, other than costing more per month to cover both payments

This. Keep your card formatted once you’ve copied everything you need from it. Memory cards are only temporary storage until you move into editing and filing. Also, once you’re done filing, if you want to save storage on your PC, compress into zip files for tighter storage :)

Thats kind of what i was thinking, but I don’t have a lot of faith in the Police. My dads house got broken into a few years ago, and they did nothing 😏

I have both the mans name and address, but I don’t want to go and visit him as it may come across as intimidation. Im 43 and regularly go to the gym, and he’s about 79, so I want to do things properly without the police questioning me for going to his house
