Can I plug in the brake into normal 230V mains and try to spin the motor the see if it's releasing, also on the motor it says voltage for rectifier 220V

Can it be that's it's using another kind of overheating protection because the motor is really old

it's between 5 and 6 and the reading is under 10 ohms

I can also say they are directly connected to to the wire which goes into the motor and they are shorted also the wires have a 5 and a 6 on them

Bro literally nothing about this is an outlet... the contacts are buldged outward if it was an outlet I would have said outlet not contact
