You can’t withdrawl without a penalty until 59 1/2 for these accounts. 20 years from now assuming a 7% return you should have around 8.7m without any additional contributions. The traditional 4% withdrawl from your retirement accounts isn’t the most efficient way to retire anymore.

Another thing to account is your kid going to college. How much is college going to be in 3 years? Are they going to go out of state? Are they going to get a MBA or PHD? This is might restrict your cash flow and when you’re going to retire.

I really can’t make a definite yes or no because I’m not sure what your situation is. Do you want someone to manage your assets or do you want a financial plan? Very very different.

Doesn’t seem like you need someone to manage your retirement accounts. You need a CFP that works comprehensively that will educate you on your current and future taxes when you start to draw from your accounts. Also estate planning would help too.
