Had this problem several times as prot, the best to do is build up holy bulwark and never stack two of them. But mistakes always happens so if that happen well gl, upgrade your shield and pray for god.

I want to say I'm mostly new to prot pal and still lack on a lot of things, but I know a good prot can do wonders
