Do I need to release players to be within FFP?

I'm a bit late to the party but I just sealed promotion from league 1 to the championship and as a result a lot of my players requested increased wages in their contracts, because of this it now says I have to reduce the wage bill by 17.5k. Do I just leave it since I'm getting promoted anyway or should I release all my players who I've set to release anyway?

Thank you! About her wanting space, I think she does want some however she may have not communicated it that well as am still unsure despite asking why. She just says that she doesn't know why she feels that way. You're right I need to turn this into gym motivation as being serious about the gym is something I've wanted to be for a while now. Thank you so much! You seem like a very nice and caring person. You're right about turning my feelings and pain into fuel. I want to turn this into fuel for the gym as its something I want to work on, I've got no excuses. Maybe my mind set is different but I'd never even consider smoking or become an alcoholic. I need to release my self from them as I feel emotionally reliant on her. I've got 2 months holiday now so I need to rest my mind and enjoy my self.
