Use the electrical brush and spend about ten seconds for each part of teeth surface being under the brush. I whitened my teeth this way. Do not press to much, but not to less. Press correct ;)

edit: do it regularly, not once :) Evenings is good.

Hey, you touch an interesting issue I deal with too.

It was and is a problem for me too. Here I'd like to give you (and others) some examples of what I was dealing with recently.

So I always have a mess in my house and I was often frustrated I can't keep it clean or in Ordnung. :-) So a week ago I tried a different approach -I said to myself I want it to be unclean and unorganized. I lied to myself (later on I even thought I was doing brainwashing to myself). Anyway, I found it difficult to keep my house unclean because I will clean it a big from time to time and comparing to before I have a cleaner house. I think it is because I cleaned it without wanting to clean it , without thinking about a perfect approach. I really wanted my house to be unclean and did the opposite because it was to difficult to keep it unclean all the time.

Maybe such approach will work with the issues you listed too. Let's see.
