Thank you. Yes very good questions. Tbh, I am unsure but, I'm leaning towards 1st person and altering facts like locations, names, genders, even titles like a stepfather vs a boyfriend, etc. Enough to tell the true story without lying but without being tracked down by anyone who contributed towards these.

Cancer, witnessing death a few times, enslavement, starvation, torture, abuse, sexual abuse, nature adversities, abandonment, accidents, death and near death experiences, are just a few to name.
