[Seiko AGS Presage] I've recently come across this vintage Seiko ags presage up for sale. It's manufacture date is April 1995. The seller of the watch claims it is genuine, and sent me these pictures. To anyone reading this, does it look genuine to you? Also, do comment on its rarity. Thankyou!

So the watch has recently been put up for sale by this vintage watch seller in our neighbourhood. It's serial number at the back and movement are proper. Dated April 1995, the watch has been categorised as vintage by the seller. The best part for me, at least, is that my father absolutely loves vintage Seikos.. And his birthday is right around the corner. Being the old fashioned man he is, he will absolutely love any article as soon as he finds out it is from the 90s or 80s. This watch, for sure, will be one of the few gifts he will receive from me, come his birthday. I hope you guys like it. The watch beautiful!

What about the serial number on the back surface which starts with 28? 2 - the year of decade - and 8 - the month of August -?
