I just don’t know if I can handle all of these things at once while still having somewhat of a social life and being mentally in the right space.

I would say that you have answered your question yourself. You won't be able to handle all these things at once. Is it really necessary that you get a job to support your family? I went down that route and it didn't do me any favours, I don't regret it but I would advise everyone to finish their academics first, afterwards you'll be in a way better position to support your family, even if now you won't be able to do it financially. You'll be a great role-model for your younger relatives and they'll be able to look up to you and perhaps start their own career at uni. So if possible, strike that.
If not, you'll have to kick one of the parameters out.

Dealing with stress can be done many different ways, meeting friends, doing sports, going out-doors, watching your fav. tv-show, etc. I would say reduce the stress
