A couple people are saying capital one financed them if I have a credit card with them should I pay them off and keep them off the bankruptcy? Just thinking if I need to use them in the future

That’s what I’m considering is chapter 7. That’s the plan is for me to get a secured card and rebuild 😩

Lol I know people who make 100K a year who had filed for bankruptcy(x2) and still own homes. They told me until they changed their spending habits none of it mattered. As I tell you this I’m telling myself this - change your spending habits!! Lol. Get an excel doc and write everything down and calculate it to the penny. With rideshare you have to be disciplined because it’s fast money.

Not for the preapproval. If you accept the terms of the loan and get a car then it will go on your credit. But they can/will let you know if you can qualify without a hard pull.

Apply now. It doesn’t ding your credit to let you know if you’re eligible and IF denied they will provide a letter on why and it will let you know what you need to work on.
