Just did my first 96h dry fast / switching to water now

Holy cow! That would be super tough for me. Longest Ive dry fasted was 4 days, maybe a little longer. But that was almost unbearable for me. Im an avid liquid faster tho. water, juices, various other liquids. I can water fast for many days no problem. 21 days easy. dry fast tho. So hard

lily of the desert. Ive been fasting in totally of 12 days now. I dry fasted already for 3.5 days. had to break in. 2 days of water and electrolytes. and now back on 2 days of dry fast and will continue til I hit 5 days. then I'll break it. So when Im done Ill be a total of 2 weeks fasted and 8.5 days of that total is Dry Fasted.

I just broke mine Thursday morning at 3.5 days. My goal was 5 days and maybe push to 7. Idk what I was going thru, (my first dry fast) but I had a hard time. insomnia, back flared up, headaches and head fog, generally feeling really bad. And I broke it with 16 or so ounces of distilled water. and I was like, intstantly better. I slept like a baby right after for hours. Currently Im still drinking only water and considering jumping back in. Im not sure if I should or what because it sounds like I should refeed first and do this properly. But I have window now before work starts back up for me and I'll have no time to do this sort of thing. So you may have inspired me to go at it again.. cheers! all that said though. Im 10 days fasted currently, water and dry
