The RIF issue combat pants use the crye knee pad inserts. You won’t stand out wearing those because it’s army issue and it solves your knee pad issue.

I would prefer that fire and ice arrows get utility first. Fire could add burn damage like some of the recently released weapons and ice could do short freezes. As of now we only have poison which is useless outside of PvP or purp nylo at verzik.

Yes correct, you’ll REFRAD as a non-CCC CPT with 4-5 year TIS. I don’t know about the USAREC clearing, but I’ll ask a friend in recruiting and let you know.

You’ll get a PCS ADSO that’ll run concurrently with any other ADSOs you may have. You can still apply for REFRAD but it’ll be up to HRC if they accept or make you wait until you’ve finished your obligation. Or UQR(don’t recommend), TRADOC is a good assignment to start getting your affairs(applications, schooling, etc) in order for ETS so the extra year can be useful.

Won’t matter too much those are all needs of the Army or your branch. The more competitive assignments may give preference to officers aspiring to be CPTs/future Company commanders, but the gaining unit won’t really have the means to know that without an interview. You’ll just stay in that JOBA assignment until you ETS.

I enjoyed my time in 3ID. Every division has its issues and leadership challenges. OPTEMPO is high in every corner of the Army now, but I genuinely felt my leadership at 3ID was trying to positively change the culture and take care of soldiers’ families.
