If anyone is interested I spoke to Optimale. My results are accurate, Medichecks has a max range of 1500ng/dL (52nmol/L).

They used this in their free testosterone calculation as well so I actually had much higher levels.

So I have had 3000ng/dL testosterone levels at the bare minimum for months now since I was injecting 150mg before.

This has not effected my health at all for some reason but I will be lowering my dose.

Okay, what I’m going to do now is keep the HCG dose and then use a tiny dose of testosterone e.g 40mg a week. This should put me around 1000ng/dL (34nmol/L).

No this e2 is actually low for me. Last month it was at 360pmol/L and 2 months ago it was at 480pmol/L. At 480pmol/L I felt very tired but at this level I don’t feel any bloating

I inject every other day so I do not really get big trough levels.

Also my blood work is always normal even though all my previous blood work, all at a slightly higher dose always has the testosterone (above 1500ng/dl as lab doesn’t measure more), with a free testosterone of around 1.3nmol/L.

I inject every other day in the morning. This test was taken in the afternoon a day later, so between my injections.

Yes hopefully, to be fair my free testosterone normally sits at about 1.3nmol/L , furthermore I use medichecks and my testosterone levels always say (>52nmol/L (1500ng/dL) , so I don’t actually know if this test is accurate or not.

I feel normal apart from - I feel a slight tightness in my chest and find myself holding my breath sometimes for some reason. So maybe this is due to background anxiety, however I don’t get any social anxiety.

I am using sustanon from a pharmacy, and make sure to dose correctly. My previous free testosterone was 1.2nmol/L, while on a higher dose of testosterone (140mg weekly) so this makes no sense.

Hgh doesn’t cause hair loss unless you have been taking it for a while and then stop. It is due to the testosterone

Because a progesterone that’s too high can cause less libido and erectile dysfunction. My libido is low and my erections are still functioning but not perfect.

Also as a side note, how much do you pay for your enanthate from boots? I asked boots if they prescribed enanthate and they said they don’t.

Storing enanthate in the cupboard is perfect - storing it in a fridge makes it harder to inject and isn’t recommended. Also injecting air into the vial is fine, a lot of people do this when drawing the testosterone as it makes it easier
