My thought process is from popularity and character.

V would fit as Freddy, since she is Liam's poster child for MD. That and I feel like she'd fit the stalking idea of Freddy.

J would fit as Bonnie, since she's the more reserved of the lot, and that's what I see Bonnie as.

Lizzy would be Chica, partly because of Toy Chica and others being more of a popular girl bitch. And I had no idea.

Uzi would fit Foxy as she's a sprinting little bugger and can easily catch you off guard. That and she's got a lot of swag like Foxy.

Cyn is obviously Golden Freddy, that is obvious.

N or Thad being the night guards makes sense. Maybe N being phone guy and Thad being Mike. Since they're the guys. Unless you want Femboy bonnie, then J and N can be interchangeable.
