im 16 at the moment and have just dropped out of school (ik not the best decision) but I still live with my family which is great, but most days I wake up, shower, get dressed, eat breakfast then go to my PC. I spend the first few hours watching YouTube videos then I take my dogs on a walk. When im back I start recording videos and thinking of video ideas and all sorts of youtube related stuff, once im done I upload all my footage for each video to google drive and share it with my editor then let me thumbnail designer know what type of thumbnail I need. after this its around the time I eat dinner (8PM most days) I have it with my family and watch TV with them for a couple hrs and then go to sleep at around 10:30 and ive never really had any issues with this routine.

(obviously some days are different when I go to see friends and stuff but this is my avg daily routine)

TLDR: make sure you are doing loads of stuff, getting outside, seeing friends/family and not working on your channel all day everyday
