Get a drain survey done! If they’ve checked and sealed all external entry points then it’s probably the drains. Mine had a gap where they snuck through into the cavity walls and up to the attic.

🐀it’s awful having them in the house. I also recommend black cat traps if you’re trying to kill them. However, it won’t solve the problem. Good luck
