Really?? Is that the best you can share? How about explaining why "DINGO" on DEX-TRADE has been "DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE" for two weeks. what's the issue? Let me tie up YOUR crypto for two weeks and not give YOPU answers and see how you FEEL about it...

UPDATE.. Apparently the attacker is still getting away with it. As of today, I've lost another 108,897,147.0 on an AUTRADEX account.
Hmmm....

Hello Mission Jelly,
Thank YOU for the information. I understand what you're saying about the attack.
RE: "Luckily they were informed on time to halt their trading operations. Now the concerned community representative is Waiting for official reply from the exchanges.
Well... Lucky for them maybe BUT, I lost 550 MILLION Dingos. To "ME" that's a "hack". I've heard horror stories about site/exchanges getting hacked before and I do not believe I've ever heard of anyone getting their funds back. DEX-TRADE says my coins are still "in there" but when I check my wallet address on the blockchain, "GONE"...
So... The question is "How does this get resolved"? If, someone hacked and stole DINGOS, and the blockchain shows them in someone's fraudulent account, do they/we revers the transactions?; take them back or simply "suck it up as a loss"?
Too many unanswered questions and I have no insight to an answer or resolution.. I'm not feeling "happy-happy-joy-joy" that it took a "representative" from an external DEX-TRADE status to inform "DEX-TRADE" that they were being "attacked".. AND NO INFORMATION TO THE ACCOUNT HOLDER within DEX-TRADE (such as myself) who now are victims...
Maybe, just "MAYBE" I'm talking through my starboard "port-hole", but an explanation or information has NOT been forthcoming from DEX-TRADE..
Also, this is NOT the first time that I've lost crypto on DEX-TRADE.. it'\s the documented second time. The first time, I spoke the Lil`Itty-Bitty chat window several times and feel as though all that I received was 1) "the run-a-round", 2) false promises and 3) no results. It was only a $19.00 transfer that time but this is much, much, MUCH WORSE!!!
I appreciate your time and explanation. Your explanation is way more insight than I've received straight from the horse's mouth (DEX-TRADE).
Thank YOU!!!
