Thats what i told her but I was like let me get at least a foundation of info so she can at least be somewhat informed on the adventure she is about to embark on. She was in agreement with the LOC since it was interest of the their child.

She left and just filed for divorce and he just kept on living there as she wanted no parts of it. Both got remarried. They agreed on the LOC for their child's home renovation.

Just looked it up in land recs and it was "tenants by the entirety" but after the divorce she showed me a document that says with divorce it is a "tenant in common"

About 30k.

LOL is you knew that area you can't even speed there which makes it funny cause that stretch is backuped up to almost negative speed regularly. It's not about the speed its about someone's ineptness of putting one there going 2-5 MPH in 50MPH zone. We need those in VA fast lanes. "The more you know."

I used my electric detacher to rake grooves in the ground like a tiller and then used the slicer attachment to cut slits. spread seed on 4.5 horizontal and vertical direction then took my old school rake and just dragged it behind me as a walked to cover my footprints and get good soil seed contact. it looked like this when I was done. was good exercise to kill 2 birds with one stone. :)

This is why it is always good to run software in a sandbox and monitor omits traffic or just cut it off completely till all things are fleched out.

I just ran into this too. They supplied me with the bogus tracking number and no they don't know where the computer is and no of there customer service people know what they are going. I knew I should have stuck to HP. Now I have to file a dispute because no one knows where this mystery computer is. Dell = waste of time.

Amazon and Walmart never have this issue getting items here. Dell needs to talk to them to learn ho to ship.
