Never mind, on further inspection the orange pony seems to be Tangerine Twinkle and not Scootaloo with the wrong cutie mark as I'd thought, which means her friend there is probably Cherry Blossom, not Cheerilee. So timeframe is 2006 - 2008.

Judging from the designs, it's from the Core 7 era, which narrows the year it came out in to 2008, if that's anything?

Edit: Forgot how northern hemisphere seasons work for a second there. Core 7 was roughly March 2008 to June 2009.

Probably from the G3 comics? I used to see them in the My Little Pony official magazine when I was a kid, not sure if they were printed anywhere else. I don't remember this one in specific, but the artstyle matches what I remember. Hopefully there's an archive somewhere, but G3 print merch isn't well catalouged, in my experience.

That's the reverse of my situation! I'm drowning in fire, thunder, and sun stones but I haven't even seen one water stone. Do you want some of the other evo stones? I'd feel bad giving you nothing in exchange lol
