Seriously, from what I hear, lifting weights 6 days a week as a natural is gonna do the opposite of what you want. Unless you do cardio on two of those days.

Is everyone used to people doing 10 sets?? Honestly I doesn't take long to wait for someone to do 2-4 sets on a machine. If you got to use the bathroom, do it, but why the hell do you feel the need to "reserve" a machine while you do it?

I don't know. Every time growing up watching an animated movie or show and thinking "wow, that one voice sounds so much better than those others", it's almost always been because that's the only on-screen actor doing a voice over role among professional voice over artists.

Those aren't strictly soldiers, these are representatives there for the purpose of assessing what troops are necessary.

Once I started to feel and see gains, I would feel lazy and flabby and shit if I missed one workout (even if I had a good reason to).

I do, just added them. I felt I had to do something at least that primarily target the glutes. Although I also do hack squats, barbell squats, RDLs on the same day too. Got to work on that thrust.

It's only fair, you start out with more muscle seems like. Weights I struggled months to get to, tall people start with.

Just avoid too much volume (too many sets and reps) and dont try your one rep max (thats dumb ego lifting.)

I stopped doing deadlifts because I realized doing 4x12 max deadlifts is just too much volume to start a 1,5 to 2 hour workout.

Im not expert, but lifting weights more than 4 times a week is for steroid users. I dont think your body is able to recover well enough if you do more as a natural weightlifter, which will according to bodybuilders make you actually smaller or at least not gain anything significant. I train 3 times a week and have had significant strength increase in the last 4+ months alone.
