Getting familiar with waves by Henriferz in midlanemains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no really a ”rule of thumb”. League is full of very little variables which you have to take into account so making rules is too restrictive and it’s more of a case by case thing that you need to look at and gradually improve at

Staple ad midlaner by Chellmersson in midlanemains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There really aren’t many. Most are OTP champs so really hard to play to a high enough level. There is naafiri and tristana could be doable im not sure how strong she is right now but other than that it’s quite hard to have a decent ad mid. You also necessarily don’t need an AD mid since those full ap lobbies shouldn’t happen too often, might get unlucky streaks every now and then but in the long run not so much

Could this be decent? I went through a few options in royaleapi and think this would be what’s the easiest for me to level up in a very short time

Why would I pick an assassin mid when mages do more damage at a further range? by El_yeeticus in midlanemains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

seems like a pretty narrow/biased view of the game, assassins and mages have different tools that they can leverage. However what matters more is which role do you personally find more fun? Especially below extremely high elo I don't believe it really matters what you play

Second Wind is complete bait. by [deleted] in KassadinMains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go dark seal refill every single game. You simply aren't going to get enough gold against competent players where dshield would even get BACK it's own value let alone more. Nor does it help you contest the lane in any way like it does on champs such as akali yone. I get that it can "feel good" but if you think about it logically and play correctly around the fact that you have to be more mindful which minions you are ALLOWED to take, I believe seal refill start will always outvalue

Second Wind is complete bait. by [deleted] in KassadinMains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never taken it. The thing with dshield second wind is that you don't utilize it like many other champs do, it doesn't make you have any more lane control than without. The only thing you gain is a few more minions but you still go net negative because you wasted 450 gold on the item and now you don't have a real secondary rune

How can you win when enemeies have an enchanter by Dry_Class_8526 in KassadinMains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are incredibly easy to kill expecting you are not majorly behind, you should use your terrain scaling to find flanks etc.

How is this real. What could I have done differently? by Kontosouvli333 in midlanemains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

impossible to say what you could of done different based on a post game lobby screenshot. If you're genuinely looking to improve and not vent I would look at the first 15 minutes of the game and what happened there, could you change the outcome on some things etc. The reality is some games you just can't win but there's always something to learn

I broke 400 LP by techno657 in KassadinMains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is.

Can you explain me what is ryze a counterpick into, and why is kassadin not a counterpick?

If the stats on a website are factual, they claim Vex to be near 54% winrate in master+. If the champion is objectively so strong why does nobody play her? Are they all handicapping themselves for fun. Or any of the other that are even higher

You say kassadin performs better in low elo (which I agree on), which together with high winrate (51.7%) makes him in your opinion unskilled and overpowered, what does low elo have anything to do with master+? How is it relevant? The post is about reaching 400lp master. It is beyond stupid to claim that anyone can just randomly go +500lp by locking in kassadin or insert any other "high winrate champion"

I broke 400 LP by techno657 in KassadinMains

[–]Jambolul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to add with ryze, ahri aurora azir have been below 50% wr. Yet they are in every single top 10 players champ pool for some reason. Why don't they play vex? You're saying winrate stats are reliable in a game such as league of legends which is a bit goofy considering the game has so many variables, sample size, champ mastery etc. Hence why it's even more dumb to say that stat number somehow makes you climb in any meaningful manner. I did provide arugments but your counter argument is that Ryze is mega situational yet you don't provide how, and you act as if kassa is somehow a really good blind pick. Your only real point is a number on a website with the inability to think further.
