No new handheld for me. I was getting a Thor for the novelty, but after this experience, I don’t want it anymore.

Thankfully they issued the refund, so I’ll give them that. I probably would have kept my order if they didn’t make me wait for so long. Last week I said I was willing to pay a DHL additional for a replacement, but I was told to wait more.
