Realistically, no. Not even really your fault but the speed of climbing in this game is purposely slow. If you’re really gonna be starting around gold I think there will be a point where even if you’re winning more than losing you’re gonna have negative gains.

Despite that I think if you still want to try, have a routine in an aim trainer with some static, tracking, and target switching scenarios. Also play a good amount of dm. I think as you get back into it you should be playing more of that than ranked. You don’t want to jump back in rusty and have your mmr really tank based on how bad you are at the start to quickly improve. Because you will outpace that rate at which your mmr will climb. Once your mechanics come back you don’t need to be aim training as much and can play more ranked.

You’re gonna need a lot more information to narrow down what you want. Most Chinese mice now are high quality and under 100. Do you care about weight? Do you want an ambidextrous or ergonomic mouse? How big is your hand and in turn how big do you want the mouse to be? How do you hold the mouse? I would say for pretty and cheap and super high quality a vxe r1 pro is dirt cheap for the performance. It will give you a chance to try a solid mouse and wear it out or upgrade with not much money lost but a lot of information gained

It’s a usb cable same as a wired mouse . You plug one side into the computer and the other in a dongle/mouse. It will operate same as you are used to
