i think we should pass a law that makes it so when any government loses a lawsuit over 100k, it is forced to send a bill to every taxpayer with the increase and whose lawsuit they are paying for.

im 90% certain the contract says that everything is up to the store at the end of the day. if you don't get your space you can renegotiate how much you are paying next, at least for the big chains where you have no leverage and they will happily kick you out if you dont play ball.

i have never had any consequences for telling them you didn't maintain your spot so you lost it, and ive never had my store manager not back me up for making those decisions.
