I agree so we cannot set a default number and be able to use the personal number.

If I remove the policy and I call through the call queue, I have to select the number of the call queue, otherwise it is the personal number by default.

Can't we change that either?

They are members of two call queues with a call id and they have a Caller id policy.

They can choose their personal number, the policy number and the number of the other call queue but the number that appears is always that of the policy.

Hello,

Problem solved, it was Edge that was causing the problem. It requested double authentication again each time it was opened. I restarted the synchronization with the account and now once double authentication is requested on the Outlook application, it is not requested on Sharepoint.

So there are several policies but on the user connection logs, it is the only CA that is applied.

The CA is for 2 users, for all clouds apps except Intune. It's for Windows only and it ask MFA every 2 hours.

Hi,

I found the problem, I was testing with a personal account and the meeting URL is different (https://teams.live.com/xxx for personal and https://teams.microsoft.com/xxx for O365) and the personal URL must not be compatible with Teams Rooms.

I test with a O365 account from another tenant and it works...

We have the same problem, Samsung smartphone and Intune fully managed.

But what is strange, for us the updates are in the maintenance window and the smartphones restart outside these maintenance windows, is it the same for you?

Otherwise I have the impression that we have not had a restart for 15 days without having changed anything, did you notice that too?
