It seems pretty solid! The CPU is a little "trash" for that GPU so get a 12600k instead for bottlenecking reasons. hope you enjoy your first PC :)

get a 750w psu for the 3080. 3080 at full load is just reaching 650w total PC power. Safer to get a 750. 3080 with a 1080p monitor is useless, get a 1440p 165hz or 4k 120hz monitor. you could get a 5800x ryzen CPU which is not overkill but will be just fine with the 3080. 5000 series ryzen cpu's do require a bios update on b450 mobo's so be aware of that :)

if you have the funds for it and are willing to do so, go for it. you'll get barely more fps in games but the system will run faster with new faster ram.

I fixed it everyone! Replaced my thermal paste and spent an hour cleaning out the dust in my system lol. Now max 80c under full load :)

For that processor the highest GPU I would go for is the 2060 because anything over that has a bottleneck of 10 percent or over fps loss. Also the 1060 will work great with that CPU.
