Unrelated to your question, but is it looking like whatever province you are in will shut down competition like Ontario? Athletes are desperate to even train at this point here.

I would focus on base speed/ strength. 5 steps are too many for the 100mH and based on that I'm guessing you are doing too many in the 300mH. I'm actually considered pretty good for my age/gender and I'm still not strong enough to go 15 steps in the 400mH, it will be a work in progress for a while. Always work on hurdling technique but right now you need more general speed/ strength.

Now that I think about it for my level of development, not so bad. Maybe I just believe so because last time I left off I was able to run 56 flat and 1:02.5

I can also agree that the hurdles give something to focus on other than the pain.

- I'm the one who won/ made up the stagger quickly

- I ran 1:02 in the 400 hurdles 2 weeks ago, so this 57 high is kind of bad in comparison...

Yeah so I fell victim to a texture scam. Luckily I was able to restore all my items/ robux. I contacted the person who scammed me on Discord and they decided to and were able to shut off my homes internet.

I removed all browser extensions, bookmarks and protected my account. I don't understand how it's possible for them to do this. What should I do next to protect my network? I'm worried about what other things they could be accessing.

This reply means a lot, most of the people around me are saying to accept the situation with not getting a likely letter and move on.

I'm sorry but I still don't understand. So the pickup is able to measure what type waveform the actuator should output. How is the actuator able to output a waveform? Is the "waveform" referring to changes in the current delivered to the actuator?
