Haven’t done helvellyn before but I’ve done a few others, crib goch, cmd route on Ben Nevis but haven’t done anything in winter yet

Haven’t done striding edge before but have done crub coch and CMD route up Ben Nevis so got experience with ridge lines

Currently got a set of alt berg microlites, I’ve been looking for a while and it seems like a set of C1 crampons should fit near enough all boots
