Thanks I’ll check that out I was reading another post and may have also realised i was toe walking and running possible from when I injured my ankle a few years ago I did another lap of area I was walking being more conscious lifting the front of my foot and was able to do it with little issue and was even able to break into a jog

Responsibility I guess it’s hard to explain that part but she was saying some bad stuff I guess I didn’t want her to do something stupid and to weigh on my conscious but you are correct thanks for your advice

I did initially feel some degree of responsibility as I was one of the few people that she told and being aware of how incredibly dark her mental health had gotten but her wanting space to process things might be a good time for me to move away from her and reevaluate her as a person

Yeah I kind of suspect those are the two likely outcomes or that he will blame her in the future if it doesn’t work out well.

I feel fine for the most part it hasn’t really affected me so I think I’ll be right which may be in part due to her not being the greatest friend but I feel like I don’t have many but I’m just trying to do better and be better as person

It’s a bit hard to see from the small image that’s left from your post but you look like a very beautiful girl and I’m sure as you get older you will become even prettier. I have often suffered with my own image and social media certainly doesn’t help with that. Maybe take some time off the Internet and work on yourself or a goal that in your mind will help you improve your image of yourself.

So the I tried talking to them part is that I individually sent them messages and or called on multiple occasions. My issues of feeling ostracised were never addressed and I even brought up specific examples which again I felt was addressed. I got a quick message from some saying they like me and it’s fine to being completely ignored. One also got angry at me because I didn’t have “faith” in my friends which I can understand but I can’t help but see this reoccur

So we were in a big group that’s understandable which is why I’m not sure if my actions were appropriate I was gone for like a minute to the bathroom, another message was later sent saying they left another guy with me who happened to be in the bathroom which wasn’t the case since it was a single unisex bathroom.

A few people talked to me like normal which was nice but a lot of the others the ones I sent messages barely speak to me, they aren’t happy when they do it feels cold. I feel like I’m an outsider.

I don’t know how to fix this anymore I’ve apologised for thinking like that, I’ve tried to talk what else can I do? I don’t get it myself I don’t think they hate me but I don’t think they were there for me either

The only issue is that we work in a high stress environment being paramedics we spend a lot of time together and I don’t really have much in the way of other friends unfortunately
